I would definitely suggest that visitors to Guildford go and see Guildford House Gallery. This17th century town house is a capsule of history with original features including panelled rooms, a carved wood staircase and much more.
The gift shop showcases the works of local craftspeople and there is a café that serves homemade food.

Clandon Park House is a fantastic place to visit. The two-storey marble hall is magnificent and the 18th century artefacts are exquisite. They often hold concerts in the hall and there is a museum of the Queen’s Royal Surrey Regiment in the basement.

Bar Mambo is definitely the place to go when on a night out in Guildford. It’s the perfect venue with its stylish surroundings, wide selection of drinks, freshly made food and big screen TVs.

The Great Tower really is great. In my opinion, the real hidden gems are the sites of Guildford that you can see from the platform on the roof.
